Having to have a brand new vehicle repaired due to faulty components is not good. Having miscommunications and misunderstandings getting the vehicle repaired is also not good. However, at the end of the day the work was completed and one of the problems resolved is at least a step in the right direction. It was not an "Excellent" experience but it was good enough to get the job done.
